Hi, I’m Ed, Founder of Ed Howard Consulting Ltd.
For the past two decades, I’ve advised countless different companies. SMEs, schools, charities… They all had their own unique obstacles, but there was one common theme: Being let down by systems that haven’t kept pace with their growth.
I stepped in to help their leaders gain clarity, control, and momentum. My areas of speciality are operations, automation, compliance, and online growth. But my strongest skill is simply the ability to get stuff done.
My approach is hands-on and outcome-driven. If a system can’t be used by a real team, under real pressure, it’s not finished.

Outside of work, I’m a food enthusiast and keen home cook. I used to run a food blog, and once appeared on television with Gordon Ramsay. It was an eye-opening experience, and taught me a lot about staying calm under pressure.
